The manager and customer service went beyond expectations. I've been to other pawn shops where the employees were acting like they didn't even want to be there, where as here they were friendly and vibrant and very enjoyable.

Made up defects and retail value of my pawn. Not a deal killer on price, wanted a small loan. Very misinformed or out right madw up defects that did not exist on my pawn.
