I ordered the Texas BBQ burger and the meat needed for it was still frozen so I couldn't get the burger I wanted.

Several things: 1. Tell your cashiers to speak English. 2. Tell your cashiers they can finish their conversation with their girlfriend/sister/mother later - after they take my order. 3. Tell your cashiers to enunciate. They mumble like a bunch of idiots. 4. Tell the ice stocker he can walk around customers waiting in line. No need to step on other people's shoes. 5. $9.29 for a grilled chicken/green chili combo! Seriously?
