Faster service at the drive thru

They forgot many items that I had ordered. They also did not give me any condiments which I had asked for. And they had me wait a long time out in the parking lot for my order.. Just because they want to lower their time, which I do not appreciate.

Had two gift cards which I wanted to use. The girl at the counter told me one didn't have funds and the other was $10. I paid $20.34 out of my atm. I called the number on card and the balance was $20 I went back in the store to get my cash back and pay with the atm. The shift leader on duty asked for my receipt unsaid I left it in the car. She said she needed it to fix the problem. I told her she had a copy in her computer to tempting it. Then she canceled out the order re rang me up and only gave me back my $20 no change. Once I got back in the car to eat my food the zucchini was re fried. Meaning it was fried anti warm up again. The crus it's were soggy. The burgers were perfect though. I'm disappointed
