We ordered 4 biscuits and the cashier had a difficult time getting the order straight on the screen. Then when it was what we wanted, our order was missing a biscuit in the bag and they proceeded to give us the wrong missing biscuit. The cashier was friendly, but couldn't get our order straight despite numerous attempts.

Over the past few times I've visited the quality of food accuracy and high standards have changed. I was told they got a new manager, which makes me think that the change was a result of the loss of the other guy. He always made sure everything was perfect the first time and his requirement for highest quality showed in many ways. The new guy isn't bad, but he sure isn't great.
