the person taking the orders need to tell the ones in the back if someone asks them to do something special

We ordered the steak biscuits with gravy on the side. The steak was dry with no taste and the gravy was watery. Very disappointed. Gravy is so easy to make and yours use to taste like homemade, but from the package adding water is not homemade, it's like a cake mix adding water. I later ordered 2 Cin Raisin, very dry. store #1507, check#5147, #5122

Horrible service. Breakfast took over 10 minutes to come out and I was handed an empty cup for coffee and the coffee decanter was empty. The person at the counter was then rude about filling my cup.
