never again will we eat at Hardee's. food was so cold and fries were cold in the center. bread was stale

I'm very upset with my experience at Hardee's. Had to wait on my order for my cinnamon raisin biscuits to be ready. Then when I got home I realized that the hash-browns I ordered were not in the bag. It completely ruined my meal. And the only options I was given was to drive back to get them (NOOO) or to have them replaced on my next visit (IM NOT COMING BACK!!).
