We love Culvers & visit often. Typically my daughter gets her free scoop & I get the free dish and PAY to upgrade it to waffle cone. I asked the girl to do so, had debit card in hand. She was training so asked for help. Another boy worker stepped in & was trying to help, he offered to discount the whole thing. At that point the manager stepped in and told me he just couldn't do that because they're so expensive little lady- with a wink. Very condescending!! At this point I was trying to explain that I wanted to pay the difference, debit card still in hand and he went on to say it they'd do it this one last time. I did not and was not asking to discount the whole thing. I do not appreciate the condescending attitude or the winking. I am a frequent customer with my family, the staff is always friendly and courteous. I was not asking for a favor and did not appreciate the way the manager dealt with me and will be taking a time out from Culvers. Maybe you need to LISTEN to your customers!!!

Ordered a lemon ice. After receiving the order, we returned the item inside the restaurant as it just didn't look like what we've gotten before. The person at the counter informed me they thought it didn't look right either and it's probably because they hadn't ordered new lemon ice mix yet this year. This type of experience makes me not want to go back again.
