Very friendly and clean

Drive thru is difficult to get information. Very helpful staff once determined a mistake was made.

Good and clean food. My only real complaint is that I feel it's a little over priced

Did drive through and had a couple of questions. Order taker seemed impatient, more concerned with amusing himself than with me, did NOT clarify and as a result I did not get what I expected. And I had to pull up and wait for order, which is a matter of course at Culvers and not the exception as at other fast food restaurants. The food is decent but the experience reminded me why I don't go regularly.

Got both orders wrong. Phone number published hooked up to fax. Got my money and offer no way to make it right.
