Good food

I got my burger wrapped in lettuce & it was amazing!!!

Lunch rush, only one cashier. No please or thank you, cashier didn't know the menu. Tables all dirty, had to clean one ourselves. Person who brought food to the table placed it on the table and left without following company policy of asking if we wanted anything else.

Clean, slow

Drive thru employee never asked me if I wanted a larger size...

Cashier was slow, did not know the menu adequately and had a line of five or more people. The food was mediocre, the person that served the tray to me and my boyfriend practically shoved it onto the table causing it to slide some and the sound of the tray echoed as it landed. It was as if the girl was in a bad mood and took it out on our tray of food without realizing or caring that it slammed onto the table. She then fled before we could ask for any sauces which by the way, protocol at Carl's Jr. Is that the server asks before they leave your tray and table, if you'd like ketchup or any other sauces. Needlessly to say, I was unhappy.
