I purchased a 51" Samsung TV and had to return it due to a problem with the TV mother board. When I got to the store I waited at the counter and the employees was behind the counter. I understand they were busy helping customers. But when the gentleman finished with his customer I literally had to ask him for help. Once he did start the refund process I was trying to ask him about the problem with the TV and he just didn't want to help in my opinion. Just not friendly at all. Now I still have not received my $400.00 credit on my debt card I called the store and they told me it was my bank that was causing the delay but I called my bank and they told me that it was the merchant that has not sent the money yet. I am very upset with the whole dealing with this store.

First and foremost, I have visited that location over the past 4-5 months to pawn and redeem my pawns and NEVER am I greeted when I walk in, nor do I see the staff greeting any other customers. The "new" assistant manager in training is rude, slow and not customer service ready. The lady that waited on us on 3-28-15, was not knowledgable on gun forms,lied about laws and filling out the form, the assistant manager(didn't know what a "4473" was), the lady that waited on us (I think her name was Peggy), VERY SLOW !, not courteous, I am not sure what standard Cash America is going by these days, but it sure has changed. I have 15 yrs pawn management experience and my husband has 25 yrs pawn management experience and after what we have seen at that location, we won't be back.
