Fries (need charge shape if not fresh are not good), 10 minutes on drive through with 2 cars on front, employees handeling food without gloves

Horrible service. We waited 10 minutes before someone greeted us at our tables and it took them a long time to get our food. Our server only checked on us twice. Bad.
