Took about 20min...really! Then finally got my shake, I asked for a spoon and she gives me a short spoon for a large milkshake????

Took about 15 minutes on drive through!!!! Was out of footlong buns. Handle order without napkins. Fries need to be changed...all the time if is not really fresh you get hard fries. ??
