I had my do groom there and they try to charge us more money for my dog not cooperating with them who does that and never was told a fee like that exist and never read anything about a few like that existing a dog will be a dog I would have like if they would have call me to just come get him and they had him there for about 7 hours

There was one person checking people out and 3 other workers not doing anything. There were 5 people in line and it literally took 15 min. So not worth it.
