went there for a specific menu item and it was out of stock

The food was satisfactory. The milkshakes were too thin and soupy. Had to wait about 15 minutes after my food was served before we received the milkshakes. Waitress was somewhat friendly but did not check to refresh our drinks. Did not come back to table after serving and bringing check. I was highly dissatisfied with the whole experience.
