Overall it was good. They got the order slightly wrong - but it wasn't a big deal. It was still good.

Messed up on order but fixed the problem right away and with a friendly attitude. Really enjoyed my food after that.

I chose cookout because it was located near me. Normally it is very fast but when I pulled up the line didn't move. I sat in the same spot for a good 5-7mins. Time spent in line was about 15 mins. This was ridiculous because it was at an odd dining hour. The server was very rude as well.
