Steak 'n Shake

I got sick after so not to much of a great experience

I liked the kids eat free idea, which brought me here. I tried the salt and vinegar fries, but they covered my fries to the point where there was way too much salt and vinegar. The burger and fries portion was smaller than anticipated. My daughter and I enjoyed the shake, and she loved her chicken fingers, but my meal want as good as I had hoped. Also, I tried to pay using the app so I could gain rewards, but the app wasn't working right-click so I missed my opportunity there's as well, which probably would've kept me coming.

Great service but were out of some items to go with the meals.

Always great food! But at this location the service is terrible!!! The waiters took over 10 min just to get our drinks... Watched while others were not happy with how long she took just for there checks and actually had to get up to find her... The experience there would always be better if they had better servers!

Good for a quick meal and hangout with friends.

Tea tasted old, fries were cold and soggy, burger was good.
