verified that they had a specific menu item twice at drive thru before ordering. then verified again at the window. order was wrong had to go in and found out they no longer offered that item. so had to wait for them to redo my order

Chicken strips were not good

All drink machines were broken and no one told me until after I paid for a drink, so I paid for a cup of water. Also the food was cold and tasted like it sat out for a while.
