Petco

Got in and easily found what I needed. The store is always organized and well kept.

I went in to do a return form unleash I love unleashed by petco they have so much cute dog clothes. I wish there was one nearer to my house. I return the clothes I bought for my dog that didn't fit her they had one of the outfits there so I ended up buying it a bigger size I hope it fits.

The younger the employee the more indifferent they are. Every time I interact with an older employee it's a pleasant experience. When I interact with a younger one, it's just not.

This Petco has some really odd people working for them; I've said that before. Some are super nice and friendly, others are clearly annoyed to be either working in general or working at Petco. The people who handle the fish always contradict each other as to how many fish can be in a tank, what size fish, what kind of fish... that's not good for people who are supposed to be "experts."

I always go to this Petco because they're the closest to me but the employees are, in general, very weird. They definitely don't really care who they hire at this Petco and it shows. The guy who rang me up yesterday was yawning loudly, stretching, and groaning before ringing up my stuff. He had that whole "I hate being here" attitude and he was pleasant enough, but it was forced. Other people are just off the wall and say things they shouldn't to customers.
