slow service. was given a burger when I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. biscuit and gravy was not separated and squished in one end of box and very little gravy

forgot an item even after I asked to check had to drive back through and wait in a long line...frustrating

I had seen the fish sandwich commercial on tv and never go to Carl's but made a stop and very disappointed with sandwich. Not like the commercial . Staff was very friendly

had to wait for my food and my food was wrong

Service was extremely slow. I waited for 3 minutes before my order was taken in the drive thru, I waited to pay and waited 7 minutes after I paid before I received my food. I love Carls jr's food but I will probably avoid this shift in the future.

I ordered 12 chicken stars. Got home to feed my kids and had 7. Was NOT happy.

Terrible

The food here wasn't fit to feed dogs. I threw most of mine away and all of us had upset stomachs after eating here. They need to close this location down, bulldoze it, burn the remains, and then quarantine the area to prevent future restaurants from ever being able to be built upon this site. How dare you Carl's jr for allowing this franchise to stay open. I want my $22 back
