This Carl's jr has terrible service. The employees are always rude, they're never helpful & my food orders aren't always right.

Not many choices

Too expensive compared to others and competitions food is better and cheaper.

Not a lot of options

No good customer service, slow service and prices too high.

ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich add bacon and extra cheese, no tomato. received my order and left. upon opening the sandwich I see they placed tomatoes on the sandwich and no cheese

Service was so slow as usual. But nobody is in the drive thru line except for me& still takes along time. Drinks are always watered down.

Slow service & horrible customer service. The workers are so rude every visit

Customer service is terrible especially for it being one of the only ones in Houston
