My order was messed up TWICE

Completely disappointed. I really liked this Carl's jr. In Bell, ca. Before it went through its renovation. The double drive through is confusing, and I waited to tell the assistant my order a ridiculous amount of time. I've only been back twice since they reopened and my chances for returning are slim unless they give food away. How sad that that they took out the children's play structure. Definitely disappointed, and sad.
