Backyard Burgers

I ordered a small pecan cobbler milkshake and a black and blue burger wrap and after waiting 11 minutes in the drive-through that young man told me something was wrong with the ice cream and he asked me just to try my milkshake to see if I liked it and I asked him what is wrong and he said "it's just liquidy it's not ice creamy" so I tried it and it was literally just like liquid there was not in it wasn't even cold so I asked him to make it again and he asked me to pull up to the door and the milkshake that they brought out was not much better than the first one I tried

I ordered a classic burger no lettuce and no tomato with cheese and waffle fries. I received a classic no tomato and no lettuce with regular fries. I had to drive back around and wait in line for the correct order. The window person apologized and told me to keep the fries and hand her the burger and she had them put cheese on it and gave me waffle fries. The waffle fries were lukewarm not hot. By this time the burger was lukewarm also. Disappointing.

They messed up our order, and my husband didn't even get the burger he ordered. We were in a hurry on a road trip and didn't have time to go inside and get it fixed.
