my food was old and cold

This was my worst trip to Hardee's. The cashier was rude and incredibly slow. It took more than 10 minutes to get our "fast food" when there was only one other customer inside the store waiting for their order. The food was good and I enjoyed it but this was the worst Hardee's location I've ever seen. A lot of confused Hardee's workers that aren't polite.
