Ordered a burger plain and did not get it that way

All in all, I had a good experience. The main negative thing I have to say is that I waited in line in the drive thru for app 3 min and never moved forward at all, so I went inside and it seemed to go a little quicker inside.

Fast friendly service

Hardee's ask us to pull down ever time, even when nobody's behind us. Doesn't matter what we order.

We had to wait quite a while for our food.

Food was cold, greasy and tasted like it was cooked in old burnt grease. Asked server for ketchup cups or packets and never got them so had to put ketchup on drink lid.

I had to pull up and wait on my order which after 20 minutes I had to call and remind them I was waiting. I was refunded my money and given my order but I will not be going back anytime soon.
