Steak 'n Shake

I didn't think the food was not very good but my grandsons liked it.

Hit miss on the taste of food

The experience wasn't really all that. The food is decent & they kept getting my order wrong...

got a milkshake the line was so long and slow

Customer service was horrible. Steak and shake on Highway 5 Douglasville

Long wait and milkshake was mostly liquid

45 minutes to get our order! Enough said! Never again
