Steak 'n Shake

The speed of the service is pleasing. Bit to slow, not to fast, friendly employees, and amazing food especially the milkshakes

The staff was rude, service was very slow, but the food was good.

Shake was delivered after the meal was done. Person applying discount said we didn't qualify even though we purchased what the coupon said.

found a hair in my shake. took 20 minutes for someone to take our order. drunk people screaming. waited 10 minutes to pay for it. never dining there again

Gave me a melted milkshake and knocked it over

We waited forever to order than waited even longer to get our shakes they were melted and one was missing about 2inches of product

They forgot my cookie dough

Employees are incompetent and completely rude
