Culver's is always great.

Food was good and service was prompt. However the price was a bit high for what we got.

I appreciate the wide menu selection.

I usually don't make a big deal or overreact if I discover something missing from my order once I arrive home. That's an inherent risk at a drive-thru. I believe the customer shares some responsibility, one should simply check the bag before departure. Sometimes that isn't practical. Of course this is exactly what occurred on this transaction. I wouldn't even write about it but for the fact this was the third time in, perhaps, my last 3-4 visits that Culver's has failed to place a purchased item in the bag. That item, the same item every time (simple side of gravy) is almost $4.00. I don't go back with the receipt, etc however now I see a pattern...and I'm out $12.00, & I can't use their drive-thru any longer. Thank you.
