They did not get our order right at all. Food was under cooked. Not likely to visit this one again

Service was ridiculously slow. The 'all you can eat' pancakes were a waste of money unless you wanted to eat your breakfast over a 2 hour time frame.

I went to the store located off of Hilliard-Rome rd in Hilliard, OH on 4/13/15 around 2:30 am for half priced milk shakes. The drive thru cashier was extremely rude, and the service that night was slow, even though there was nobody else in the store or in line, and I saw 2 women currently working. If they don't want to have customers at this time, why would they have a half price promotion between these hours. I will not be going back to this store.

SLOW. The staff seemed disorganized and uncaring. It took 30 minutes for one shake.
