Steak 'n Shake

My grand kids just love going here. They love the good food and of course the shakes.

Tasty food, very nice people, & sometimes fast service

Order was incorrect after being read back correctly an we had to wait several minutes for our food after being pulled up

went in with group of 6. no one came to seat us. no tables big enough to seat us available. too long a wait so we left

Horrible food was wrong and the lady at window was rude

Our waitress was rude and not very attentive. She also got my order wrong so another waitress fixed the issue for me. And since when has it been okay to leave the bill at the table before the food is brought out or customers are done eating?

Waited 20 min just for drinks and there was only 3 other table

Service is ALWAYS super slow. Even when there are no other customers.

Too slow

Waited in line for 30min. Was told ten. Kept getting skipped. Rude staff. Ended up leaving and going to Denny's.
