Great gingerbread milkshakes.

Great food. We went later in the evening, after 9pm, not very crowded, but service was real slow. We thought we might get the meal before the appetizer. Server was good with refilling drinks.

Food was great as usual. Service could be better. Had to wait for drink refills. Not easy when you have a meal that is spicy.

I ordered my burger well done and it was pink, but the manager came out and replaced it so that was fine. I just wasn't very happy with the waitress she was not very friendly.

Waitress was extreme sloq

The food was good, as always. We very much appreciate that the french fries are gluten free. That said, we waited longer than normal for our food to be brought out to us. We had to ask multiple times for french fries to be brought to the table while we waited for our meal. Anytime we asked our waitress for something, even when she offered to help, we felt like we were putting her out and that she was not pleased that we needed her to do anything extra for us. While we may return to red Robin in the future, we probably won't return to this specific location. Customer service is a big deal and needs to be a higher priority at this location.
