Steak 'n Shake

Usually when me and my fiancé go in we have a great experience but tonight we did not , our waitress Was rude. Gave us dirty looks and didn't even talk or introduce her self but I got the name on the receipt it was Jennifer, and her and another boy keep looking at us and laughing the food was great don't get me wrong but never have I wanted to leave the place because of your workers

Terrible

I drove through the drive thru and ended up waiting for 20 minutes for my food. Then, when they finally brought my food to me, it was the wrong food! I had to go in to change it, and they didn't offer to reimburse me for my troubles or even apologize. I will most likely never return to that specific Steak n Shake again.

The take-out took way too long, i payed then say there for thirty minutes just waiting for my food to come out!

Ordered a combo without fries and was charged more for the sandwich and drink then if I would've just offered the combo. The employee should've said it would be cheaper to just get the fries.
