I usually don't go to the culvers I stopped at even though it's very close. Custard is not as good as other stores. Always grainy tasting. Concrete mixers are soupy and runny instead of solid. Food is pretty good

While waiting for my order and by the time I got home my fries were cold!

Went during the busy lunch rush. And although it took a long time to order, they did a good job of getting the food to the waiting cars quickly.

The food is always great. Customer service was average. The guy behind the counter didn't crack a smile once.
