Never any issues always have what I need

Looked for a cat carrier. Got help from an employee, who helped me narrow it down to 2, ended up getting the better one. Employee was friendly and patient. Quick checkout.

I was looking for a specific item. I couldn't find it. Nobody offered to assist. There were 2 cashiers up front. Female cashier told me they carry the plant litterbox online only. The other cashier was on the phone with a customer. He said he'll check to see if an item was in stock. He accidentally hung up on them. Store was understaffed. It appeared there was tons of inventory in the back (the door was open), but some of the shelves seemed empty. Store was messy and disorganized.

The vetco services are great! If they had a second cashier earlier to help with the added customers, it would have been a more positive experience.
