It was okay. I do not expect exceptional food or service from Hardees. It was the only option available to me at the time.

I had to wait for a while at the drive thru window. Then I didn't get my son's fries, that I paid for. I had to park the car and go inside to get the fries and I had to wait a few minutes to get them. Because they were cooking. The counter person filled another order and then looked at me and said oh yeah your fries and asked another employee to get me some fries. Geez!

Rude staff. Order was wrong. Big time wrong. They were very disrespectful towards me when I asked for the order to be corrected. One thing is certain, I will NOT be back!
