The service was terrible. I spent close to 30 minutes in the drive thru and it was clear that the people taking the orders over the speaker did not want to work as they cut me off after ordering one item (which they didn't even get right the first time). I had to start a second ticket to order the rest of my items and when it came time to pay at the window, it took an act of congress for them to figure out how to combine the orders. Even after all that time, I still had to pull forward and wait for my order. The process was atrocious.
