The previous nite I returned an item. I requested PetCo card so I could get the desired item on their web store. When I tried to use the card on line it was declined. The back of the card states it can't be used at PetCo.com. Seems the woman who did my return wasn't actively listening. Today I talk with the manager on duty. He can't help me and I have to come in on Monday before 6 for the Gen Mgr. But I work and may not make it. Super frustrating and annoying. I just want to get my kitty a nice fountain.
