I couldn't hear the lady on the speaker and she obviously couldn't hear me. I wouldn't have minded, but she got very impatient with my responses. I also had to wait a while at the window before anyone greeted me as is usual at this location. The lady who came to the window was friendly after I apologized for not being able to hear. But she did not apologize to me.
