Got a shake, it was alright, but the staff was super friendly so that was a plus.

Food was good and worth the money. Friendly staff. And a huge thing was that I have CID on the back of my debit card and very seldom get asked to see it. The lady that waited on me today asked to see it. That made me very happy.

Crunchy biscuits food fell out in the bag so it was ruined awful experience and I won't be returning!!!

When I pulled up to the drive thru the manager was the employee waiting on me. He was rude and have me dirty looks through the entire transaction. My change was dropped without looking at me.I had to get out of my car to get if from the ground. Then my bad of food was practically thrown at me. When I asked just to double check that my burger was without mayo I was rudely told "it don't even come with mayo" complete with eye rolling and a sigh. To top it off I get back to work with the food, and when I bite into my burger I find a piece of bone, that knocks my filling out. I am utterly disgusted. I have eaten here twice and both times I've had horrible service and even worse food. I will certainly avoid this chain and advise my friends/coworkers do the same.
