it was a typical Friday dinner rush, but the staff seemed to not be prepared. it took 15 minutes to get a kids menu, the drink I ordered on the zoisk was incorrect (immediately remedied by a replacement). Overall, great food, but not the typical service

The crispy chicken burger is my absolute favorite. My only complaint is that the two locations near me - Airport Road in Allentown, PA and Easton-Nazareth Hwy in Easton, PA are always freezing no matter what time of year, but especially in the summer!!! No one wants to shiver while eating your food.
