when we walked in the hostess was very rude, didn't even stand up straight when talking to us..... after seated to took over 30 min to get our food

Service was somewhat slow in a nearly empty restaurant. Waitress not very friendly. Food arrived fairly quickly however quality not what we are used to receiving at Red Robin

Dustan was the only positive thing out of this whole experience. Management was of no help and hostesses were not only rude but openly complained about us with our other waitress. Will not be back.
