Went to red robin for my sons 16th birthday. Service was slow. Served wrong drinks.Had to ask for needed things, refills with drinks, fries,utensils. They lack communication between staff.

PThe wait was super long, I had to hunt someone down to get my check, then the waitress "forgot to add a drink" after I'd already paid & had to go ring it up again & recharge me. Highly dissatisfied with this visit.

They messed up on half of our parties order. They had to remake two burgers and although one was out within 15 minutes but the other didn't come out for a very long time and wasn't really all that great. He has had the same burger, but I think in their haste to remake the burger, they didn't get it quite right. I usually don't have anything bad to say about red robin, but this time it just wasn't good. I also would like the option of having coke zero.

We had an hour to an hour in a half wait and when we asked the waitress about the wait time, she was rude about everything and had an attitude. I understand being busy (since I work in retail) but that was just plain bad manners.

Terrible service, extremely slow and this is the second time it's happened. Waitress was rude and you could tell she didn't want to be there
