Good food, service was a little slow but not terribly

The food was great although the garlic fries are not the same as they used to be. I don't like them very much. The service was really bad. The hostess was not at all friendly. The server was very slow although he was busy it took 30 min to get our food.

The server was very forgetful and very slow and kept forgetting to bring refills of drinks and we had to ask for things multiple times. We asked for a spoon and never got it. The table that arrived 10 minutes after us, received all their food and drinks before we did! He was friendly but we've received far better service here before. He really needs to work on writing things down or something if he forgets as much as he does.
