Steak 'n Shake

Went thru drivethru. One car in front of us. Waited 20+ minutes just to get to window (not an exaggeration). Paid then waited almost 10 more minutes to receive order. No one apologized for the extensive wait. And order was missing the extra side of frisco sauce that was requested when order was placed AND when payment was given at window. They were not rude, just apparently extremely inefficient. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location (exactly a year ago) and service was poor that time as well. I guess not much changed in a years time.

not enough staff

It was late Friday night and the place clearly didn't have enough staff. I'm guessing people called in. The manager did warn us that there would be a wait once we were seated. It took a while to get seated then we waited to order. Other people came in after us and were seated pretty quickly. Also a waitress came to take there order while we were still waiting. Our waitress had a big table she was working on but she did tell us she would be with us shortly. We ordered and got our food. It wasn't all that good but I'm not surprised given how rushed they were.

Milkshakes and food took forever. Burnt burgers and dry chicken sandwich. Cold fries. Won't be back any time soon.

Waited 30 minutes for shake

We had to wait entirely way to long to be seated. While waitresses were walking by and looking at us. It was like they were ignoring us. Then it took forever for someone to come get out drinks and order. Then forever to get our food. It tasted ok. I have this problem at this location every time I stop. I don't think I will be back. I keep hoping it will get better due to where it's located but I guess not.

"Seasoned fries" we're disappointing. Piles of powered flavoring on some, none on the rest. Garlic sliders had yucky aftertaste. Understaffed and it took a very long time to even get water.

Slow service, cold food, prepared by someone who obviously didn't care won't be back

Waited too long they left my food on tray but did not bring it to me didn't check on us terrible experience

I only ordered two shakes and it took me no joke 35 minutes to get them. I ordered at the counter and made it to joke. I was tempted to ask for my money back.
