Cold French fries. Ordered little thickburger but, they were out.

I love Hardee's, but this experience may have ruined it forever. Me and my family stopped at one in Virginia to get a bite real quick on our way home to PA, from a weekend trip. We ordered our food, i got chicken tenders, which were pretty good considering the circumstances of my families food. They all got some sort of burger meal. My dads burger was raw, and it was actually still cold to touch, my mothers wasn't cold but it was also raw. After my dad brought this to attention, the man at the counter was very kind and concerned with what was going on, he brought the burger back to show the man who cooked them, and the cook just came up with excuses as to why this happened, pretty much just not taking the blame for his horrible cook job. The kind man at the counter had the cook make a new burger, and after seeing the cooks reaction to his mistake, my dad couldn't even enjoy the new burger bc he was afraid the cook may have done something to it out of spite(spitting, etc.). My mum ate her burger anyway, she had already taken a bite before realizing some of it was raw, so she just picked off the raw parts and continued on. However, my sisters burger was fine. The fries were very different from what we were used to at all the Hardee's we've been to in the past. They were more like McDonald's fries, they used to be more on the thicker side, and they were delicious, but these ones we couldn't even finish. The fountain drinks tasted horrible, the pops were on the flat side, and just had a strange taste. The orange Hawaiian punch i got had a bitter after taste to it, and the lemonade was the same way. I poured out and selected a different drink 3 times before giving up and just waited to grab a bottle of water when we got back onto the road. Overall, my family and i all feel the same way, and will most likely not be eating at another Hardee's, and it sucks because this was one of the fast food restaurants we really looked forward to eating at when we headed down south for

The food was good. However, the lady who took my order mumbled her sentences so badly-I could not understand her, I repeated my entire order over 3 different times. I had to pull off to the side & wait for a Cinnamon bun. Just one. Was informed it would take 1 minute & 30 seconds to have them finished, I waited in my car for 7 whole minutes with 2 hungry children. The customer service was a disaster, to put it nicely.

Front counter ignores patrons who r waiting to order- won't acknowledge them. Complained to manager 3 times on separate visits - 2 girls still r rude n obnoxious - won't visit as often- we will go home to grill now
