Sales staff not very friendly

Visited pet I for the cheap dog cookies located at the front of the store. Ended up coming out with a bag of treats and a dog bed. Pretty cheap transaction but there was some trouble with the transaction in front of me and caused the checkout process to take a little longer than expected. Employees greeted me upon entrance and exit. Answered all of my questions with accurate and helpful advice and were quick to help me make decisions and find products. Will recommend this petco to my friends that also have pets.

Very nice staff and had a great sale

My shi-tzu needs grain free dog food. We have a local processing plant of dog food in my community, Hills Pet Food. They make and Petco carries their brand of dog food including grain free or so I've been told. I went to Petco about a month ago to purchase Hill's Science Diet Grain Free dog food. I was told they were out. So again I go to petco for the same and again they don't have it. I was told they were out of it and wouldn't be receiving any more shipments until they moved to new location. Therefore I was not a happy camper at Petco!!!!

Completely sold out of live mice.
