After unpaid for my order I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. I waited for 10 minutes for my food only to have my food and the person who ordered after me food bright out at the same time. I will not be eating Steak n' Shake in my lunch break again as I was late back to work and the staff did seem at all interested in providing prompt service.

All I ordered was a milk shake and it took 45 minutes in the drive thru to get our order! ridiculous!

They brought me the wrong food, and it took them an extremely long time to bring back the correction.
