Steak 'n Shake

Sandwiches wee cold... They didn't put everything I asked for on my sandwich and they didn't even put my condiments in the bag. Truly disappointed by the visit

Waitress was terrible even cussed at the table and 4 of the 6 was kids! No refills, at all. At beginning she put 2 silverware down and my 7 yr old politely said excuse me ma'am we don't have silverware, she huffed and stomped over and said I don't give kids silverware u can eat with your fingers then slapped them down in front of kids. 2 orders were wrong and then she tried telling me that 1 of them comes with nothing on it which I know is wrong because she asked what I wanted on it when we ordered. So she went back to get my toppings and came back with yet again 1-2 wrong order and so she then cussed damnit and went back yet again. Terrible will never go back
