Dave the manager adjusted the amount of the loan so that I was able to get the amount I needed rather than being short the amount I needed and having to get another loan for the difference I would have needed.

The movie selection is about the same from location to location, the prices are a little high and the staff at certain locations are a little "snobby"

Heather took a good deal of time to search in the back and locate a guitar that was listed in inventory but not on display in the store. She was great with me and also very courteous to the other customers in the store, making sure that everyone was taken care of and felt important. The guitar is great. It needed some TLC and cleanup, which I've been working on since I bought it. I LOVE it!! It was priced right to reflect the care that would help bring it back to full beauty.
