I am satisfy , becuase I bought an ipad to bring to my family to Ecuador (South America). Becuase in Ecuador it is very expensive and here it is cheap.

I went in looking for a new wedding ring, mine had been stolen and after looking at several retail stores and their high prices I was started to get discouraged, So I decided to try Cash America as I had been there before to get loans and the customer service was always wonderful. When I came in Bill was totally pleasant and helpful going above and beyond to help me find something I Loved that was in my budget. I work in customer service myself and his knowledge of the products and willingness to get me a great deal was awesome!! I will definetley be back in the future as will my husband. Bill is my new go to guy for jewelry. He is definetley a wonderful asset to your company.

The man who helped me was Bill Wood. I know very little about stereo systems and he was so helpful explaining all the advantages of the different systems. I have to say I have been coming to your Cash America store since before it was Pawn Exchange. Your employee Bill has waited on me so many times over the years and since I am handicapped and a senior citizen he has even offered me a chair if I need one when your store is busy. He has always treated me with dignity and kindness and does the same with my daughter who has MS and also has a hard time standing for long periods. I also bought a TV after this visit for the layaway of the stereo system a couple of weeks later. Bill also waited on me and told me all about the different TV's. I just can't say enough about this young man who is so helpful and kind. It makes such a difference for someone like me who has a hard time standing and moving around. I have been coming to that location for over 6 years and have had many of your employees wait on me. However the one I have the highest praise for Is Bill Woods. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful he is to your customers. Thank you, Novella Gregory

I got quick and great customer service vas well as great deals.

I have been a customer for at least a year trying to help my children get thru a slow period for them. At first, I used my gold so I could give them cash and they would have to pay the interest on the date due, or give me enough to recover my jewelry. Later my two daughters used your services on some of their gold and are happy with the experience. Now, one of them wants me to find her a solitaire wedding ring so I sent her to this same store. They found one, but it is expensive for having two flaws. They are not seen by the naked eye, but we will probably return again after it has been for sale for awhile. I am very happy with the service I have experienced by Lee, Bill and Mia over several visits. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Marlene McVean
