This was one of the worst drive through experiences I've had in a long time. The person on the head set probably should have gone home. She seemed tired and completely uninterested in my order. Then I waited in line 20 minutes (yes, an actual 20 minutes)for my food. All because there was more than likely some crazy customer two cars ahead of me. Sounded as if she was arguing with the person at the window. Why was the situation not de-escalated? I can say one positive thing... My food was hot and fresh. (I would expect no less being as they had 20 minutes to prepare it) Oh, and by the way... The lid to my iced tea wasn't on all the way it spilled on my shirt. They should have used the extra time to get that together.
